Misc Month

This month has been all crazy. My life has been slightly chaotic but hopefully I am catching up. My mom was here for 1 week when I had my gallbladder out and unfortunately I only got 2 pictures. Russell didn't want to be in the picture but I made him. hee hee. The kids had so much fun having her here. She was able to see 2 of Andres basketball games but Howard had a bye. :(

Russell turned 4 this month. I can't believe my baby is 4. We sure do love having him. He is always happy and so darn cute.

My brother and his wife, Derrick and Christine had a baby awhile ago and I finished this quilt for them and my mom took it home when she was here. I only have 2 more quilts to finish. And I broke my own rule. I started another top-almost done too. But seriously I am going to try and finish those 3 before I start any more. I just like doing the tops and it is not as fun to finish. oh well. This was very random. I think I am mostly on track now.

December snow days

Look how cute the boys were sledding in December when we had a snow day. Andrew and Howard are playing snow FOOTBALL-imagine that. Howard and Russell spent all day sledding. They were soaked to the skin when I finally made them come in. (Greg told me my blog is boring and I need to update-sorry it is old pictures but will try and hurry to put something exciting/interesting on. I don't think my life is like that but whatever.:))

All Dressed Up

I have been trying to get a nice picture of the kids for quite a while and succeeded last Sunday. It is so darn hard to get all 4 of them smiling at the same time. You can see by the pictures which child is the hardest to smile and focus. They look so cute. I can't believe how big they are getting.

2 down 3 to go

I have had 5 quilt tops done since the beginning of December but hadn't done much on them because of the crazy month ...so over new years I finished these 2. The whirl a gig one is for Jenna ( I work with her),she had a little girl awhile ago. And the bronco one is for Gregs friend Rico who loves the broncos and has girls but finally got a boy. yea!! I had to special order the fabric but I love the way it came together. It looks awesome. My neice Lydia's quilt is almost done-all I need to do is the binding and the other 2 need batting and backing. I'm a little behind since all these babies are getting big. Oh well, I do love doing it hopefully they won't mind it being late.

A few of my favorite things-kids

We had a great Christmas, my kids are my favorite things. Look-Melissa and Andrew look like they actually like each other. ha ha. Russell got this cute guitar book so he rocks out for us now. Howard is showing some future school spirit. Love these kids, sometimes I have to remind myself when they drive me crazy but i love them.
