Yesterday Melissa finally got her temporary liscence. She was so excited!! I was dreading it, but Greg said I can't keep her young forever. I can't believe she is that old or that I am old enough to have a child that old. Technically she could have gotten it 3 months ago, we just have been busy and hadn't had time. Of course now we know what is next- the driving. Ugghh.

Mustache
Russell: Why do you have a mustache?
Greg: I just grew it, do you want one?
Russell: yes will you buy me one?
What a cutie, they both make me smile:)

18 points
Andrew had a basketball game last weekend and scored 18 points. He had 2 3 pointers, some lay ups and a couple free throws. It was a very fun game to watch. Andrew is number 33.

Cutting fabric
I haven't posted anything about sewing because I haven't finished anything except a mothers day present and I know my mom reads my blog so obviously I can't give you any information on that- it did turn out better than I thought it would though. This week I did cut out 2 baby quilts, 1 wallhanging, and I worked on my scrap quilt for a little bit. I go through phases and this week was a cutting fabric one. Hopefully I will find some time to sew, sew, sew.

Recycle

My cute daughter was in the newspaper this week with her recycling club at school. She is the vice president, it is a new club this year and has done very well. All the paper recycled in their bin is money for the school. This wasn't the picture in the paper but it is very cute. Melissa says don't forget to recycle. :)

Easter
We had a great weekend. Andrew hid easter eggs outside for everyone except himself. (Melissa was working on a biology assignment at the zoo-rough) His idea was for everyone to have their own color. It worked so good, noone took the easy ones and only looked for their own. I had to give hints to Andrew, I guess I hid them too hard. The kids looked so cute this morning in their church clothes. Russells' hair was poking up I got it to stay down for pictures and as soon as we walked into church it stood straight up in the back like a roosters comb. For some reason I am still having trouble with my camera, had lots of pictures but when I downloaded I only had 3. I don't know what is wrong so this is all their is. Look at Andrews cheesy smile, he was trying to imitate Russell.

Andrew in Preschool?
Did Andrew go back to preschool? Ok he never went to preschool but he was there on Monday. My kids are off this week for spring break. They are pretty excited but that added some adventure to our busy lives. To keep the peace at home they all have gone their separate ways. Andrew came with me to work and volunteered in my classroom. I don't know who had more fun the kids or Andrew. He was so popular with the boys and the girls. Everyone kept saying do this with me Andrew, play with me Andrew. Like I said I think he had fun. He did art, writing, computer, reading, played pizza parlor in dramatic play and played basketball in the gym.
